The Danish royal has been taking Paris’s streets by storm this week, as she and husband Crown Prince Frederik complete a three day tour in the capital city – and it would be safe to say Mary has had a fashionable home run, stepping out in winning outfit after winning outfit.

On the third and final day of her tour, the Aussie-turned-Danish-royal stepped out in a flawlessly chic ensemble that essentially summed up everything we know to be fashionable.

Her fresh white high-neck knit was paired with a style that can safely be placed in the “iconic” category, thanks to a certain globally revered fashion house…

Yep, Mary’s tweed skirt channelled Chanel’s signature texture to a T – but while the style is undoubtedly synonymous with the iconic brand, the midi-skirt in question was actually designed by another legendary label – Alexander McQueen.

The mum-of-four wrapped up the whirlwind Paris trip in her chic outfit with a visit to high school Lamartine, where she met with students alongside France’s First Lady Brigitte Macron.

The chic school teacher, who is married to the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron looked just as stylish as our favourite Danish royal, wearing a smart black coat dress featuring a lapel and subtle pinstripe.

The Princess had everyone’s attention as she spoke at the French high school.

Mary’s berry-coloured designs are definitely on trend, and timely too given another rather well-known royal also just rocked a similar Autumnal palette.

Duchess Catherine stepped out in London on Wednesday wearing a gorgeous berry coloured knit by affordable brand Warehouse.

The chic top was similar to Mary’s white skivvy too, featuring a delicate raised shell-neckline.

Earlier in Mary’s Parisian tour, the royal turned heads in another stunning blue high-necked creation as she attended a dinner at the French city’s town hall.

It seems a chic high-neckline is the season’s most royally approved trend – and we’ll happily hop on board the band wagon!

The trip was intended to strengthen ties between their home country of Denmark and France, as well as promoting growth for the Danish companies based there.

And if there’s one thing we’ve definitely gained from the visit, it’s a whole lot of wardrobe inspiration. Bring on the next royal tour!
