Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake have stepped out on the red carpet together for the 70th annual Primetime Emmy awards.
While they are always fiercly #couplegoals, today was made even more special by the fact that JT is the BEST and most supportive husband ever.
Joking with E! News red carpet vet, Giuliana Rancic, the couple told her that they used these types of events as “date nights”.
This was the first Emmy nomination for Jessica, who was nominated for ‘outstanding lead actress in a limited series or movie’ for her role in The Sinner.
While unfortunately she didn’t win, the fact that Justin was just so proud, was reward enough.
“Justin loves the show,” she said. “You know, it’s an intense show. I think he was very moved by the story and by the importance of telling a story about trauma like this. He was always one of my biggest supporters early on trying to get this thing made. So he’s been there from the beginning, obviously.”
Justin had already told red carpet interviewers that he was “geeking out” more than she was and that if she won, he’d be very, very happy.
“I might be obnoxious,” he teased. “I might do something obnoxious…I’m very good at obnoxious!”
While the actress lost out to Regina King from Seven Seconds, we can bet that Justin Timberlake was the best support person ever!
