21-23 Webb Road, Sunshine Beach, which is now officially Queensland’s most expensive home sold in the past year, was sold by Nic Hunter of Tom Offermann Real Estate who is no doubt cracking open a celebratory bottle of Dom Perignon.

“You can never put a cap on the lifestyle that people are seeking (and how much they’ll pay),” He told the The Courier-Mail.

The new owners are said to have “fallen in love” with the place… and we can see why!

The estate is said to be a whopping 3,595sq m, the land component being a large influence in the sale price.
