If there’s one thing we will always know for sure, it’s that Victoria Beckham loves fashion.

In her time, the former Spice Girl hasn’t shied away from taking a risk or two in the wardrobe department, and we’re definitely grateful for it.

Imagine a world without knowing the ever-classy VB once indulged in the hipster jean + crop top phase? And we’ll never forget her astonishingly developed tan she rocked whilst wearing a stark white outfit, just to really get that glow.

But since her er, risque fashion hey-days of the early 2000s, the pop singer-turned-designer has upped the style stakes in the best way, and her latest fashion hack has us scrambling to recreate her look immediately.

Beckham, who is currently sun-bathing the summer away in various dreamy spots around Italy, has been sharing a number of snaps and insights from her family vacay via her Instagram account.

And in her most recent post, she’s shown off what might be the chicest fashion hack we’ve ever seen – not least because the designer herself created the hero accessory that’s pulled it all together.

Wearing a gorgeous black halter strap floaty dress, which is from her own collection, the famed mum-of-four shared a selfie of herself to her Instagram story along with the caption: “Happy Wednesday x”.

And while we’re obsessed with the dress (which also comes in white, FYI), it was Victoria’s waist that drew our gaze immediately.

Indeed the style maven had accessorised the dress with a necklace, which hung loosely at her hips and looked very chic.

Wearing a necklace as a belt? Genius.

The necklace itself is actually one of Victoria’s own designs as well.

The gold chain necklace features a small bottle pendant, and retails for a cool AUD $517.

Not exactly on the cheap side of things, but if you’re after VB’s effortless, chic style it might be worth the splurge.

(NB: if you’re feeling thrifty, we’ve found some cheaper necklace alternatives that look just as stylish as Victoria’s gorgeous design – scroll to the end of the story to see)

Seriously, could Victoria (and her star-studded posse) be any cooler?

Victoria’s stunning style is enviable to us all, which is why we can’t get enough of her holiday pics featuring her heavenly summery outfit choices.

Earlier this week, the designer wore the white version of her halter dress as she sailed on Elton John’s boat with her family (yes, you did read that sentence correctly – boujee much?).

But perhaps the only person in the entire world to question the stunning brunette’s wardrobe choice was none other than her husband, who shared a candid snap of his wife aboard said luxury boat along with the caption, “I mean come on really,” adding: “Boat wear @victoriabeckham style.”

We have to disagree with you there David – this look is divine!

Funnily enough, Victoria was wearing the same gold necklace that she wore around her waist days later.

Opting to wear it in the more traditional way this time (i.e. around her neck) we’re just as obsessed with it!

That’s why we decided to research our own dupes of the style so we can get VB’s style without breaking the bank.

Check out our favourite picks below – and note, some mightn’t be long enough to go around the waist, but just like VB’s, they’ll still look gorgeous around your neck!
