Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie have been known to pave their own paths when it comes to fashion.
Who could forget their Royal Wedding headdresses worn to Kate and William’s nuptials in 2011? And that’s not to mention their various bright and bold ensembles they can’t help but don for many a royal occasion.
But now, the Princesses seem to be taking some style cues from a very prominent royal, and frankly, we can’t blame them – because we’re all doing the exact same thing.
Enter the aforementioned Kate Middleton, style icon and fashion inspiration to the masses.
Indeed the brunette beauty has graced many a best-dressed list over her time, and it seems the royal sisters Beatrice and Eugenie are just like the rest of us when it comes to stealing her style.
As they stepped out to attend a garden party at Buckingham Palace, the Princesses looked picture perfect wearing stunning, summery frocks for the daytime event.
But there was a small detail that both of them decided to include in their ensembles, and it basically screams Kate Middleton…

This isn’t the first time tone of the York sisters have twinned with Kate of late.
Earlier in May, Middleton herself appeared to reverse the feat and take style inspiration from Eugenie herself when the brunette wore a beautiful floral Erdem dress for the debut of her Chelsea Flower Show garden design.
Incidentally, the same design had previously been worn by Eugenie barely a month before when she attended an Easter service with the Queen.
Looks like the royals enjoy taking a leaf out of each others books when it comes to fashion!
