If you’re still in a state of awe over the perfection that was Ellie Goulding’s wedding – and her even more perfect wedding dress – you’re in for a treat.
In a reveal we didn’t expect, one of the guests at the singer’s star studded nuptials has revealed an inside look at the post-ceremony festivities, featuring a close up look at Ellie’s second wedding dress.
And boy is it every bit as stunning as you’d expect.
The 32-year-old married her long-time partner Caspar Jopling on Saturday August 31 in a ceremony worthy of a royal family member.
Indeed the nuptials, which took place in York and featured a star-studded guest list (including Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice!) looked to be an incredibly glamorous affair – and that can solely be based on the glimpse we got from outside the ceremony.
As for what went on inside, it seems there was plenty more to ogle at – and we’ve been lucky enough to get a glimpse of it via one of Ellie’s very special guests.

The talented Serpentwithfeet took to his Instagram to share a candid inside snap from the event, which featured himself and none other than the bride in question.
And we are very glad he did, because in the new snap, Ellie is wearing her second wedding dress – and it’s just as stunning as her first.
Featuring an off-shoulder neckline, fitted bodice and thigh high slit, the stark white design couldn’t have been more different to her first, more traditionally styled gown.
It’s great to see the singer rock such varied wedding day looks – she pulled them both off flawlessly!
The musician also seemed just as impressed with the talented songstress. He captioned his pic: “Thank you @elliegoulding for asking me to perform at your wedding !! I am still in disbelief, but incredibly honored that you would invite my melodramatic self to sing at a celebration of love !!”
Caspar, Ellie’s brand new husband shared his thanks to the performer, commenting on the pic: “Your performance was insane .. so moving … can’t thank you enough 🙏🏼 best of luck with the European tour”.

(Getty)Ellie’s first traditional wedding dress design was inspired by members of the royal family, it has been revealed.
The gorgeous high-neck Victorian-esque silhouette was the result of a mood board created with a number of Victorian references, designer Natacha Ramsay-Levi, who is the creative director at Chloé, explained.
“We worked on a collage of references from the Victorian era that she wanted to weave into the design, in dialogue with the historical York cathedral where the ceremony was to take place,” the designer told PEOPLE.
And Ellie herself explained she had taken inspiration from “timeless” bridal looks, including those of Princess Anne and Grace Kelly.

Indeed the Duchess of Sussex’s incredible off-shoulder dress, designed by Clare Waight Keller for Givenchy, is now iconic for it’s flattering silhouette.
Who knows, maybe Ellie’s wedding was meant to be as royal-worthy as it seemed!
