But as she stepped out at the Cannes Film Festival last week unveiling a new, wrinkle-free and noticeably swollen face while promoting her movie Grace Of Monaco, she was slammed by fans who sent Twitter into meltdown.
Despite weeks of bad press for the movie, which has offended the Monaco royal family, it was Nicole’s permanently startled expression that sparked global headlines.
The actress famously admitted last year that she once dabbled in cosmetic enhancement before deciding to age gracefully.
