The Duchess of Cambridge’s long brunette tresses have beaten out Beyoncé and Kim Kardashian’s superstar manes to be named the most lusted after locks in Britain.
Kate Middleton has been crowned ‘Queen of Hair’ after a recent UK survey found that 19 per cent of women wanted the royal’s well groomed soft curls over Beyoncé’s ever changing foxy locks.
While the Duchess’ mane may seem traditional, but her desirable ‘do’ has a polished versatility to it which is what women really want.
“Kate Middleton has beautiful hair. I’m sure she has her off days but we never see her with a hair out of place. Her hair looks great loose or in an elaborate up-do. I’d give anything to have hair like hers,” remarked one anonymous respondent.
While some women look to royalty for hair inspiration, others look to reality. Kim Kardashian’s recently bleached tresses came third in the poll with 15 per cent of the vote.
