Gwyneth Paltrow, the iconic actress and founder of the wellness empire Goop, who once declared that sheโd rather โsmoke crack than eat cheese from a tinโ, is a woman as famous for what she puts in her body as the clothes and products we see on the outside.
The 46-year-old, who is the star of Netflixโs new show The Politician, always looks absolutely incredible, so itโs no surprise that people often wonder if the Iron Man actor has gone under the knife or had injectables such as Botox and filler.
In the past, Gwyneth has mainly credited her healthy diet and intense exercise regimen for her youthful complexion and banging body.
โThe reason that I can be 38 and have two kids and wear a bikini is because I work my f**king aโ off. Itโs not an accident. Itโs not luckโฆ Itโs killing myself for an hour-and-a-half, five days a week,โ she said previously.
But yes, she has also had a little sprinkle with the help of her doctor.

โ[Iโll] try anything, except I wonโt do Botox again, because I looked crazy,โ she told Harperโs Bazaar US. โI looked like Joan Rivers!โ
Now, she puts her good skin down to a high-end skincare regimen and regular treatments.
And she has ruled out any more invasive procedures, such as filler or a facelift.
โI use organic products, but I get lasers. Iโve probably tried everything. I would be scared to go under the knife, but you know, talk to me when Iโm 50. Iโll try anything,โ she said.
And she recently told Elle magazine exactly what she gets done at her facialist: โI go for hardcore squeezing, peeling, microdermabrasion and lasers. The works.โ

Gwyneth also confessed to one naughty habit: โI smoke once a week, on Saturday night. Itโs what makes life interesting, finding the balance between cigarettes and tofu.โ

But this wouldnโt be a proper story about Gwyneth Paltrow without an anecdote about the crazy beauty treatments sheโs undergone over the years.
In 2016 she told The New York Times that she had tried apitherapy, or โbee venom therapyโ, which involves being injected with bee venom to supposedly help reduce inflammation and injuries.
โIโve been stung by bees. Itโs a thousands-of years-old treatment called apitherapy. People use it to get rid of inflammation and scarring. Itโs actually pretty incredible if you research it. But, man, itโs painful,โ Gwyneth revealed.
Needless to say, please donโt try that one at home.
