Easy-to-follow celebrity health and beauty tips

Celebrities often step out looking flawless, so we are happy to report that their health and beauty secrets aren’t as difficult to follow as you may think!

Take a look at these celebrity tips on everything from puffy eyes to gorgeous looking legs.

Balance your lifestyle

She was once ashamed of her curves, but today Sofia Vergara is embracing them! The actress says the secret to keeping yourself looking slim is all about moderation.

“Not too much food, not too much exercise, not too much anything. Everything in moderation. And of course, wearing sun block, doing the things that your dermatologist tells you to do — that helps with the aging process,” she told Fox News.

Making time to exercise

Like most of us, Michelle Obama has a lot on her plate. But the first lady and mother-of-two makes it a priority to get her daily work out in.

She told Village that she hits the gym at about 4.30am to make sure she works out before her children wake up. And what if she is on the road? She takes along a skipping rope!

Long lashes

Jessica Alba says she has one beauty must.

“Always curl your lashes, even when you don’t have mascara,” she told Allure magazine.

“I usually don’t use mascara that much unless I’m looking really tired and puffy-eyed. I curl my eyelashes and brush a little mascara on the tips.”

lovely legs

Christina Hendricks opened up to Marie Claire magazine about how she prepares to show her bare skin on screen.

“If my legs are showing, the makeup artist adds a tiny amount of foundation to body lotion and rubs it in. Now if I have an event to go to, I’ll buy CoverGirl foundation and mix it in with my lotion.” she said.

The perfect smile

Julia Roberts has one of the best smiles in Hollywood, so it’s no surprise that her beauty tip is all about her best asset.

“I brush [my teeth] with baking soda. [My grandfather] would put a big heaping mound of it on his toothbrush. He had only one cavity in his entire life,” she told InStyle magazine.

glowing hair

Kate Middleton is known for her long, often perfectly blow dried, locks.

The young royal has her hair cut every eight to 12 weeks and uses organic vegetable-based hair dye.

What to eat, what not to eat

Beyonce told Elle magazine that she would never do a crash diet again, after she went on a Master Cleanse for her role in Dream Girls. She said there are much better ways to lose weight.

“Well, I don’t eat pasta every day. I’m not trying to lose or gain weight, but I do have to work out and watch what I eat. I’m not someone who can go crazy. I’ll usually have cereal for breakfast and a salad for lunch and a light dinner, and then on Sundays I’ll allow myself to have whatever I want,” she said.

elegant eyes

Jennifer Aniston knows that her eyes are one of her best features, so how does she keep them wrinkle free?

Every night the actress places Vaseline under her eyes as part of her daily beauty regime. In the morning she then fills the sink with water and ice cubes and dips her face in to shrink her pores and reduce puffiness around her eyes.
