During her interview with Oprah in 2021, Adele revealed she started going to the gym to help navigate the intense anxiety she felt after her marriage ended.
“It became my time,” she revealed. “Having these sort of pins in my day helped me keep myself together.”
According to a report in US Weekly, the British singer favours cross-training workouts and Pilates.
“She does 60-minute sessions that include cardio, circuit training, and Pilates … She’s found a routine that’s working for her and is enjoying it more,” an insider explained to the publication.
Over the past couple of years, there has been much discourse around her body on social media.
In response, she explained to Oprah that she doesn’t want to be seen as a role model based on her figure.
“It’s not my job to validate how people feel about their bodies.
“I’m trying to sort my own life out,” she explained.
