Prince George is certainly growing up fast! So fast in fact, his parents are missing his milestone moments.
While the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took some much-needed time out together at the five-star Cheval Blanc Randheli resort in the Maldives recently, their 8-month-old son crawled for the first time.
Luckily Catherine’s parents Carole and Michael Middleton were there to capture the moment for the couple.
George’s grandparents looked after the little prince at their home in Bucklebury, England while his parents enjoyed a much needed week long baby-free break.
Luckily, Prince George has a lot more milestones to reach, which his parents are looking forward to.
“William and Kate are excited about the many milestones ahead,” the insider toldUs.
“George already has a tiny tooth coming in. And his cheeks are chubbier than ever!”
The couple is currently preparing for George’s first overseas trip and first public tour to Australia and New Zealand in April.
The three-week trip will see William and Catherine visit 13 major cities and will be joined by their new Spanish-born nanny Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo.
“She’s the first foreign nanny to look after a future British monarch,” a source said.
“The Duke and Duchess are, of course, delighted she has chosen to join them.”
