Touching tributes at Kensington Palace are a poignant reminder that all these years later, Princess Diana lives on in the hearts of many.
It is seventeen years since “the people’s princess” was killed in a Paris car crash at the age of 36. Her death was mourned from the slums of Africa to the White House and everywhere in between. She left behind two young sons and a brilliant philanthropic legacy still celebrated today.
One card left at the Palace reads, “Another year gone by, still we remember you Diana, never will forget.” They are words that speak for many. Seventeen years later, Diana’s memory is undimmed.
