The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their bonny bub Prince George have touched down in Sydney.
Stepping off the Royal Australian Air Force jet this afternoon beneath blue skies, a boisterous baby George looked every bit His Royal Cuteness, clinging tightly to his mother Duchess Catherine as she carried her precious cargo off the plane.
Meanwhile, his father Prince William waved generously to dignitaries and the world’s media, who gathered at the airport, as he led his young family down the stairs and onto the tarmac.
A radiant Kate had changed clothes on the three-hour Wellington-to-Sydney flight, and was wearing a bright sunshine-yellow knee-length dress with white colour-blocking by Serbian fashion designer, Roksanda Ilincic, when she disembarked the V.I.P jet.
Meanwhile, her husband looked dapper in a navy blue suit, while the third in line to the throne sported an adorable white and blue outfit. When Kate handed George to his dad to greet a special guest, the bub excitedly threw his arms in the air, his “dancing” setting every Aussie’s heart aflutter just seconds after arriving on our shores.
The royals and their entourage are en route to Sydney Opera House, where an excited crowd is eagerly awaiting their arrival.
Today marks the beginning of the family’s 10-day tour of Australia.
