Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel have announced the birth of their baby boy, along with the tot’s name.
The Swedish Royal Court confirmed the little Prince has been named Oscar Carl Olof.
The couple’s second child was brought into the world on Wednesday night in Stockholm.
The proud father greeted reporters outside after the birth, and couldn’t wipe the smile off his face. “I have not had time to feel just yet how it feels to be a father of two. But it feels good so far,” he said.
The new family-of-four posted this picture before heading home to Haga Castle.
Proud grandparents King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia were overjoyed by the baby news.
“We share the Crown Princess Couple great happiness and Princess Estelle pleasure to welcome her little brother to the family. We wish the family a wonderful time in peace and quiet and we very much look forward to seeing our grandchildren,” they said in a statement.
