A sporty Duchess Catherine has met with some young athletes who are planning to compete at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.

Despite being 16-weeks pregnant with her second child, a radiant Catherine was beaming as she attended a workshop in London run by a charity close to her heart, SportsAid.

Sporting a gorgeous dress by Goat, the 32-year-old completed her stylish yet sophisticated look with black tights and knee-high boots.

During her visit, Catherine met with the athletes who were training and undergoing performance tests.

And while the brunette beauty wasn’t able to take part in any physical activities, the sporty royal was excited when she was asked to participate in a cognitive test, which tests ones mental agility.

“Finally, something I can do while I am pregnant,” Catherine said.

And as we expected, she passed with flying colours.

“She did very well for a woman of her age,” Neuroscientists Barry O’Neill told reporters.

Meanwhile, Her Royal Highness who only recently returned to public life after suffering from severe morning sickness, had a fabulous time.

“It’s lovely to experience the science behind everything,” she said.

Earlier this week, the mum-to-be joined the rest of the royal family, including the Queen, to honour Britain’s fallen troops at a special Remembrance ceremony in London.

Duchess Catherine recently stopped by the GSK Human Performance Lab in Brentford, West London to visit some young and aspiring athletes.

Her Royal Highness was beaming as she chatted with athletes at the workshop run by a charity close to her heart, SportsAid.

Despite being 16-weeks pregnant, a humble Catherine was more than happy to pose with the group of teens.

And while the brunette beauty wasn’t able to take part in any physical activities, the sporty royal was excited when she was asked to participate in a cognitive test that used a television touchscreen to see what her reflexes were like.
