Sophie, Countess of Wessex, 57, has stepped out in a stunning hot pink frock during her royal tour of Botswana.
In what was her third engagement for the day, the royal made a statement in fuchsia with a bespoke Soler London ankle length dress.
The 57-year-old accessorised the gown with a Sophie Habsburg bag in pink and a Chloe โElizaโ leather wedge slingback sandals.

Earlier that day, the countess donned a flowy blue floral number while attending a Commonwealth Points of Light Reception at the British High Commissionerโs Residence along with a white linen dress during a trip to Molefe Primary School in Kopong.
The royal tour comes a month after the death of her mother-in-law, Queen Elizabeth II.

It was her third outfit of the day.

After the sad passing of the love of The Queenโs life, The Duke of Edinburgh, it was reported that Prince Edwardโs wife became one of the monarchโs closest confidantes and regularly checked in on her mother-in-law.
โIf youโre asking who is Her Majestyโs favourite child, itโs none of them, itโs her daughter-in-law,โ a โcourtierโ told The Sun in 2021.

โSince the Dukeโs death in April, Sophie has driven the 10 miles from her Bagshot Park home to Windsor Castle every few days and most weekends to spend socially-distanced time with Her Majesty,โ the royalist said.
โAnd on days she canโt get there in person, the Duchess of Wessex has made a point of calling her mother-in-law at least once a day.โ

Meanwhile, royal expert Ingrid Seward spoke in a documentary Edward & Sophie: The Reluctant Royals about the unprecedented way The Queen gave her daughter-in-law her blessing.
โThe Queen decided that she wanted Sophie to understand what marrying into the Royal Family meant,โ Ingrid said, before revealing Her Majestyโs unorthodox gesture.
โWhat she did, which has never happened before, is she gave Sophie a pass to Buckingham Palace, so itโs like being given the key to a front door.โ
