And while all of the royals looked incredible in their own right, it was the future Queen of Sweden’s showstopping dress that really caught our eye.

Featuring a multitude of black and white embossed fabric, the stunning brunette’s dress featured a unique puff sleeve on one shoulder, while the other was exposed with a falling sleeve which sat halfway down her upper arm.

The incredible dress is believed to be created by a Swedish-based designer, Selam Fessahaye, according to HELLO!.

To top off the dramatic look, the Princess wore a dazzling bejewelled headpiece, which is believed to be the Baden Fringe tiara.

In a rare display, the royal’s unique upper back tattoo was also on show during the ceremony.

Recognising those that have made incredible leaps and bounds in areas including chemistry, physiology and physics, the ceremony in Sweden brings together some of the world’s most influential people.

The Nobel Peace Prize itself is usually awarded in Norway’s Oslo – but that’s not to say Sweden’s event is any less glamorous.
