Crown Princess Mary and Crown Prince Frederik reportedly entered a school gymnasium to soft “oohs” and “aaahs” from infant pupils at the Centennial Public School in Ottawa where they discussed the WITS program – which stands for Walk away, Ignore, Talk it out, Seek help.
The Tasmanian beauty read to the students while the Prince proudly looked on.
In her address to the students Mary, who is very active in anti-bullying campaigns in Denmark, offered some advice to students to make schools happier for everyone.
“Stand up for each other,” she said. “Sometimes it just takes one.”
During their busy visit the royal pair also paid their respects to the National War Memorial in Ottawa on Wednesday.
The Danish royals laid a wreath under a war monument, which was built to honour Canada’s sacrifice in the First World War.

Mary dressed elegantly for the visit wearing a white rose print dress and lightweight black jacket which was cinched at the waist with a belt.
The couple’s children, Prince Christian, 8, Princess Isabella, 7, and twins Josephine and Vincent, 3, remained at home in Demark.
