Speculation has reached fever pitch over whether there will be another royal wedding as Princess Eugenie was spotted wearing a ring on her engagement finger.
She was leaving Mayfair private members’ club LouLous with long-term beau, Jack Brooksbank.
In September, it was revealed Jack, 30, was holidaying in Balmoral with the royal family, including Queen Elizabeth – a sure-fire sign the couple is ready for a serious future.
Rumours were rife Jack was there to seek the Queen’s blessing for Eugenie’s hand in marriage.
Royal insiders also claimed the pair have made a “wedding pact” to get married within the next two years.
It’s very interesting timing as the Queen’s second eldest son Prince Andrew has reportedly gone to Her Majesty to ask her to give his daughters’ future husbands’ earldoms.
“Otherwise his daughters’ children will be commoners, defined as one of the ordinary or common people, as opposed to the aristocracy or to royalty,” a source told the Daily Mail’s Ephraim Hardcastle column.
Traditional royal convention means all of the Queen’s children enjoy the title HRH – but this is only passed onto grandchildren born to the monarch’s sons.
Eugenie, 26, has been with Jack for six years.
Meanwhile, Princess Beatrice, 28, is currently single after splitting with boyfriend of ten years Dave Clark.
We are very excited by the prospect of another royal wedding!
