In case you aren’t already across the importance of wearing sunscreen, Princess Eugenie is here to remind you.
In a hilarious throwback photo on her Instagram account, Princess Eugenie has shared a very candid never-before-seen pic from inside a family holiday when she was younger – and wait till you see how seriously she’s taken those UV ray precautions.
Taking to her Instagram account on Thursday evening, the royal shared a picture of her younger self playing in the sand on a beach.
With a wide grin, the young Princess looks smug through a layer of sun screen so thick you’d almost think she was channelling Casper the Friendly Ghost!
“As the Summer is coming, here is a throwback to when I clearly did a good job at rubbing in my sun cream!” The Princess quipped, adding the throwback Thursday hashtag.
Got enough sunscreen there, Eugenie?

“I don’t think you can ever have too much sunscreen?! 😂,” one follower wrote.

Indeed the Princesses ample sun screen smeared across her face and arms does provide a comedic insight into the royal’s life.

On Prince Philip’s 98th birthday earlier this month, the royal shared a series of throwback photos of herself and her grandfather sharing some candid moments.
In the first picture, Eugenie is seen holding her face (presumably because it was so cold!) while her grandfather gives her an encouraging pat on the head – so cute!

“Happy Father’s Day to all fathers and of course to my Pups. Thank you for many years of happiness and for this special moment on 12th October 2018,” she penned at the time.
As for any more candid pics, it’s likely the Princess will be enjoying plenty of time in the sun during the European summer.
Just this past weekend Eugenie and her new husband Jack Brooksbank travelled to France where they attended the wedding of Jack’s younger brother, according to Hello!.
We’re secretly hoping for another behind the scenes moment to be shared by the Princess from the occasion – no doubt they had plenty of laughs together!
