After beginning her dream job at the posh London art gallery, Hauser & Wirth in July, Prince Andrew’s youngest daughter has already taken a shocking 25 days of annual leave.
Eugenie has only been with the exclusive art gallery for ten weeks, but has only worked for half that time!
The Daily Mail have reported that the young Princess has now been banned from jetting over to New York for her mother’s birthday party.
She had planned to join her mother for her birthday bash on October 15 and while also catching up with her older sister Beatrice, who now works in New York.
The Big Apple will have to wait as the Princess of York is expected to run a stall from October 14 to 17 in Regent’s Park for Frieze London, one of the most important fairs in the contemporary art world.
The associate art director is expected to put a pause on all partying, trips to Balmoral, Aberdeen, Royal Ascot and Goodwood racing festival, and buckle down and focus on her job.
A source at the art company admitted to the online publication, “Because she is a Royal, the company does expect Eugenie to take more time off than most. But it has been made clear to her that the summer is over and it’s time to knuckle down.”
“She will be working incredibly hard over the coming weeks and she won’t be holidaying again until Christmas.”
We guess she will have to do a royally good job to make up for lost time!
