Well, Princess Charlotte just may be following suit and we spectacularly excited!
Sources have told Royal Watch that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are planning to bring both of their little ones onto the famous palace balcony to join the royal family for the Queen’s 90th-birthday celebrations next month on June 11th!
Little Charlotte, who turned one on May 2, hasn’t been seen in public since her christening last year.
“The plan is for Charlotte to join Prince George and the Duke and Duchess on the balcony for [the event] Trooping the Colour,” the insider explained.
“Of course, it all depends on how she is on the day, but William and Kate agree it would be a lovely thing to do; and William has said that the public will be seeing a bit more of the children as the Queen celebrates her birthday.”
Princess Diana’s grandchildren have certainly captured hearts across the globe.
From charming George’s many appearances, including his naughty nature at his sister’s christening and his adorable balcony debut at last year’s Trooping which was filled with fevered interest in the planes as they performed the fly-by.
Then there is darling Charlotte, who was mesmerising in the Queen’s 90th portraits sitting gracefully on her Gan-Gan’s knee.
There’s no question in our mind that a full Cambridge family outing will be an absolute delight for royal watchers worldwide!
