Princess Charlene and Prince Albert II of Monaco are expecting a child together, the Palace has confirmed.
“Prince Albert and Princess Charlene have the immense joy to announce they are expecting a happy event. The birth is due at the end of the year,” the statement read.
While this will be the pair’s first child together, Albert, 56, already has two other children, daughter Jazmin, 22, and son Alexandre, 10 from previous relationships.
The royal couple, who married back in 2011, are said to be thrilled by the news.
While further details are yet to be released, their little bundle of joy will no doubt have some big shoes to fill once he or she arrives as first in line to the throne of Monaco.
