She parted ways with boyfriend of 10 years, Dave Clark, back in August.
And Princess Beatrice has wasted no time enjoying her single status with the 28-year-old cosying up to a dashing young lad.
The pretty royal was spotted leaving Heidi Klum’s infamous Halloween bash in Manhattan on Monday evening with a good-looking male companion.
Dressed in what appeared to be a chic pirate’s costume, the London local was escorted away from the venue by a tall, dark and handsome mystery man dressed in matching attire.
The Princess opted to skip the red carpet entrances, and instead arrived ready for a night of frivolities just after midnight.
It was said that she left a couple of hours later with two men, a bodyguard, and the enigmatic male who couldn’t help but drape his arm around her shoulders as they made their way off in a taxi.
And it would appear that Bea certainly has a type! In September, the socialite was seen getting close to another bearded pal, Michael Kives, at the US Open.
Her latest PDA appearance comes just days after it was revealed that the flame-haired beauty’s ex has moved on with a stunning blonde.
Earlier this week, the businessman was spotted treating his new leading lady to a lavish dinner at London’s Chiltern Firehouse, and it has now been revealed that the identity of the leggy blonde is New York advertising executive, Lynn Anderson.
According to The Mail on Sunday, the pair allegedly met in the US, where Dave is an executive for revolutionary transport app, Uber.
The report claims Lynn, who is said to be in between roles, was previously the director of partnerships and portfolio products at NBC Universal.
The 31-year-old Tribeca local also dabbles with charity work, which happens to be a passion shared with Dave’s royal ex.

“Dave is smitten. Lynn isn’t working at the moment, so is spending 100 per cent of her time with him,” a source told The Daily Mail.
Beatrice and Dave, who were together for over a decade, have not ruled out the possibility of rekindling their romance in the future.
“It is very much a break. It is amicable and mutual. They both need space after a period of ten years to see what they both want,” one friend told People.
“They are both open-minded about what might happen in the future.”
