Prince George would have surely loved meeting the giant bear, as he has had a few encounters with giant stuffed animals before – such as the giant wombat he received from Australia’s Governor General Peter Cosgrove while on tour down under with his parents.

It was one amongst a myriad of weird and wonderful gifts the Prince received while in Australia and New Zealand.

Prince George and Duchess Catherine, who is now just weeks away from delivering the royal baby, did not join William on this particular tour.

Instead the pregnant Duchess stated home with little Prince George, with her final royal appearance scheduled for next week – 11th March, closer to home in the British countryside near London.
