Catherine, William and Harry were presented with a kangaroo by two Australian athletes at Tollcross International Swimming Centre. The royals – who are all avid sports fans –  appeared to enjoy themselves as they chatted and cheered.

They also watched Scotland play Wales at the Glasgow National Hockey Centre; gymnastics and boxing. But it was obvious Kate was a little uncomfortable watching the boxing – she was spotted wincing and putting her hands over her mouth.

Looking very stylish, Kate wore one of her favourite navy blazers and a pair of navy skinny jeans.
