Prince William and Duchess Catherine are currently on a family holiday on the stunning island of Mustique – a place the Cambridges love thanks to its private and secluded environment.
And now a new report from HELLO! reveals just how much the royal couple are enjoying their well-deserved break!
According to the British outlet, Prince William and Duchess Catherine have been sighted letting their hair down and busting out on the dance floor at the island’s trendy Basil’s Bar.
Witnesses tell HELLO! the parents of three attended the glamorous event, which was thrown to celebrate 50 years of the bar anf themed a splash of gold, “on the early side” of the evening.
“They were there for the cocktails segment and kept it rather classy,” the insider explained, before adding they were in “island chic” outfits.
What we would give to see some photographic evidence of this night out!
Prince William, 36, made sure he looked the part by rocking a Pink House Mustique linen shirt from the island’s local clothing brand.
The royals were in good company with Mick Jagger’s daughter, Jade, 46, also reportedly in attendance.
Mustique, an island in St Vincent and the Grenadines, is one of the William and Kate’s favourite escapes.
Every year the Middleton clan jet to the stunning island of Mustique in the Caribbean, and if their schedules permit, the Cambridges usually join then.
It’s a chance for one of the world’s most famous families to escape the spotlight and spend some quality time together.
The secluded destination, which has a no-fly zone, has become a Middleton tradition.
Kate also picked the private island for her babymoons before welcoming George and Charlotte.
Meanwhile, the Cambridges are believed to be returning to England in the coming days so they can attend the wedding of Charlie Van Straubenzee and Daisy Jenks this weekend.
Mustique was also the preferred sanctuary for Princess Margaret, who had a sprawling five-bedroom property called Les Jolies Eaux.
It’s long been rumoured the Queen’s younger sister Princess Margaret had an affair with Rolling Stones frontman, Mick Jagger, in Mustique.
“She found him sexy and exciting. If you saw them laughing together, dancing, the way she’d put her hand on his knee and giggle at his stories like a schoolgirl, you’d have thought there was something going on,” a courtier explained in The Wild Life And Mad Genius Of Mick Jagger by Christopher Andersen.
