It was claimed this week that Princess Beatrice introduced her single older cousin Harry to 19-year-old Maria-Olympia, Princess of Greece.
An Australian report said Harry, 31, was “head over heels” for the stunning blonde and that they were even planning a romantic rendezvous in Switzerland.
Maria-Olympia, the London-educated daughter of Crown Princess Marie-Chantal and Crown Prince Pavlos, is making quite the splash on the European social scene – but according to a source close to Prince Harry, she’s yet to make an impression on him.
There’s no doubt the Prince and Maria-Olympia would know each other though, given that they’re distant cousins.
According to The Daily Mail they are both descended from Queen Victoria.
If the pair were to be romantically involved, they wouldn’t be the first royal cousins to get together.
Indeed, Queen Elizabeth and her hubby Prince Philip are also second cousins once removed – they both call the late Queen Victoria their great-great grandmother.
Prince Harry has been single since splitting from British socialite Cressida Bonas in 2014, so it’s no wonder everyone’s so keen to have him settle down!
