We couldn’t be more thrilled that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have finally announced their engagement. They make an adorable couple, and it’s clear that they’re crazy about each other. But we couldn’t help but be a little curious about whether their star signs were just as supportive of their future wedded bliss as we are.
As many royal fans might already know, Prince Harry, born September 15, is a Virgo. Meghan Markle, born on August 4, is a Leo. Anyone who’s into astrology at all knows these two star signs are super different from one another.
But as it turns out, that may not be such a bad thing for this royally adorable pair. (See the old saying: “Opposites attract!”) That said, it sounds like this couple is in for a wild ride ahead of them.
According to Astrology.com, a relationship between a Leo and a Virgo is one that evolves over time, with each partner slowly but surely understanding and appreciating the other. (Hmm, this would explain why it took forever and a day for these two to finally announce that they were getting married!)
Though a Leo and a Virgo may see only faults in one another at first, they gradually warm up to each another’s differences and unfamiliarities. While Leo commands “attention and respect,” Virgo “works hard behind the scenes.” It goes without saying that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle come from very different backgrounds, so it’s encouraging to hear that they will make an even better match once they’re totally used to their stark contrasts in personality.
Interestingly enough, Astrostyle.com says it’s actually those vast differences that attract a Leo and Virgo to one another in the first place! Though Leo is a “bright star to behold” for an “earthy” Leo (hey, Meghan Markle was a famous actress before she was ever Prince Harry’s love!), this contrast causes both signs to stop and reflect on how the other improves and adds to their lives.
Clearly, this Virgo and Leo have had more than enough time to stop reflect on whether they’re a good match. It’s little wonder they’re now both leaving us utterly starstruck!
