Prince Harry is helping out the squirrels!
Prince Harry has combined his love for nature and photography and visited the Northumberland Wildlife Trust’s Red Squirrel Northern England project, in Northumberland.
The young prince toured two woodland areas to learn how RSNE staff are working with the local community to safeguard their red squirrel population, which mainly focusses on a grey squirrel control programme.
Harry, known for his passion for photography, was keen to take in the stunning surroundings and take a few snaps.
He was also reunited with friend Conrad Dickinson – a patron for the Northumberland Wildlife Trust. They trekked together to the South Pole during a 2013 charity expedition, and it looked like they enjoyed their reunion!
The Prince also visited the charity Armed Forces & Veterans Launchpad at Avondale House in Newcastle. He was shown around the residential house, which has 34 one-bedroom flats and communal facilities for leisure, training and IT services.
It seems like Prince Harry has been spending lots of time with his nephew Prince George, bcasue he was completely besotted by a gorgeous toddler around the same age as George!
