The cheeky tyke, who is beloved by the world, couldn’t have been more chuffed for his family’s fun excursion.
In a sweet early birthday present, George, who turns three on July 22nd, went to show filled with his favourite things – planes!
Kensington Palace announced that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were involving their little one as they attended the 2016 Royal International Air Tattoo.
“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince George will attend the Royal International Air Tattoo @airtattoo today #RIAT2016”
Before adding, “The @airtattoo is a fantastic family-orientated event. The Duke and Duchess know that George will enjoy seeing the aircraft up close.”

The trio arrived at the event at around midday, London time, and little Georgie was clearly amused.
With his trademark point and cheeky grin in check, the little tyke was ready for a day filled with aero-themed adventure!
“Taking a closer look @rafredarrows Red Arrow Hawk, which will take part in the @airtattoo later,” the palace revealed.
But George was most excited to see his daddy’s old helicopter.

The family attended the event in celebration of a huge milestone – their 75th anniversary!
“Staged in support of @rafcharitable, the spectacular @airtattoo is this year celebrating 75 years of the @aircadets #RIAT2016,” they explained.

While Princess Charlotte, presumably, stayed at home, George got to indulge in his love of all things with wheels and that fly!
Last year while speaking to Pauline Hallett of Ogwen Mountain Rescue, Catherine, who is an honorary air cadet, shared George’s growing passion for helicopters.
“Catherine said how much George loved them. He knows all the different colours and asks her about all the parts. She laughed and said she tells George to ask Daddy as she has no idea.”
It appears that the royal apple doesn’t fall far from the tree – Prince William worked as an RAF search and rescue pilot in Anglesey before he and Catherine moved to London and Norfolk, and now volunteers as a pilot for charity East Anglian Air Ambulance.
While mum and dad chatted with the Air Cadets, Georgie had his eye on something else!
