The Danish Royal Family have released a set of beautiful new portraits in celebration of Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary’s first daughter’s 10th birthday.
Darling Isabella appears all grown up and drop dead gorgeous in the images, which highlight her effortless grace and natural beauty.
One particular snap shows the youngster sitting atop a ledge in a simple black frock. Her dark blonde locks fall by her sides in loose ringlets as she smiles up at the camera, looking the spitting image of her Tasmanian-born mother.
Another shows a more relaxed side to the third-in-line. In a black and white striped long-sleeve shirt, Isabella sits with her back to a mirror.
While Princess Mary has often opted to release portraits she’s shot herself to mark her children’s birthdays, this time, the images were taken by renowned photographer, Steen Evald.
And it seems Isabella’s milestone only continues the marathon of royal celebrations across Europe.
Last week, Denmark celebrated her Grandmother Queen Margarathe’s 77th birthday with a special balcony appearance.
Gathering on the terrace of their summer residence, Mary and Fred were joined by their four children, Prince Christian, 11, Princess Isabella, 10, and six year old twins Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine where they waved animatedly to excited onlookers.
Across the pond, the British Royal family are gearing up to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s actual birthday, while her youngest great-granddaughter Charlotte turns two in early May.
