In an exciting new update from the royal pair, it has been revealed exactly what theyโ€™ll be getting up to with their new baby Archie, and suffice to say weโ€™re excited to see the spectacle.

Harry and Meghanโ€™s official Instagram account, Sussex Royal, revealed the details on Friday, September 6, sharing the statement: โ€œIn just two weeks, Their Royal Highnesses will embark on this official tour focusing on community, grassroots leadership, womenโ€™s and girlsโ€™ rights, mental health, HIV/AIDS and the environment.โ€

The statement continued: โ€œThis programme has been many months in the making, and The Duke and Duchess are eager to focus their energies on the great work being done in Southern Africa.โ€

The tour will also include a meeting with Archbishop Desmond Tutu, a South African Anglican cleric and theologian who is famed for his anti-apartheid work.

They will also join โ€œWaves for Changeโ€ on Monwabisi Beach.

According to Hello! magazine, itโ€™s not entirely clear which engagements weโ€™ll be able to see baby Archie, but the new parents definitely hope to include him in parts of the program.

โ€œItโ€™s difficult to schedule. Heโ€™s five months old. But they hope to,โ€ a source revealed to the publication.

In another special reveal, Sussex Royalโ€™s statement says Harry is particularly proud to โ€œcontinue the legacy left by his mother [Princess Diana] with her work in Angola, as he joins Halo Trust again in an effort to rid the world of landminesโ€.

Harry will also travel (presumably without Meghan and baby Archie) to Malawi, where he will โ€œcheck inโ€ to see the British Armyโ€™s partnership with African Parks. He will also be working on the ground to support local communities.

The royal pair seem very excited for their upcoming royal tour.

The Prince is also expected to deliver a new initiative whilst in Africa โ€“ a Queenโ€™s Commonwealth Canopy three-country partnership between Namibia, Botswana and Angola.

This will aim to โ€œprotect forest and wildlife corridors around the Okavango Delta.โ€

The trip will also include the launch of a new initiative, of which Prince Harry has been working on in the background.

Duchess Meghan meanwhile, will spend her portion of the tour focussing on local organisations to โ€œpromote women and girlsโ€™ health and education, entrepreneurship and leadership,โ€ according to the statement.

The pair have expressed their anticipation to visit the African continent and are โ€œgratefulโ€ to connect with those on the ground there.

In October last year, Meghan and Harry visited Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga.

On the first day of their tour, the pair made the exciting announcement that Meghan was pregnant.

Now, almost a year later and with a brand new baby son, it seems theyโ€™ve come full circle as they prepare to jet off once again.

Oh how time flies!
