Since being released on Friday morning, the trailer for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Netflix documentary has been making headlines everywhere.
Titled Harry & Megan, the minute long teaser flicks through never-before-seen black-and-white photos of Harry and Meghan and it’s one of those photos that has caused quite the stir in royal fan circles.
Eagle-eyed viewers noticed one photo in particular that showed the back of Harry and Meghan, who are holding hands as they walk through a waiting room in Buckingham Palace.
The issue that some have with this is as it’s believed a photographer was ‘snuck’ into the palace to get the shot, as the late Queen was against photos being taken in royal quarters.
Many are questioning whether Prince Harry and his wife asked the Queen for permission, or just went ahead without approval.
A royal source spoke to The Telegraph about the shot, saying “It’s fair to say there was surprise to see there was a photographer.
“In usual circumstances, you need permission to take pictures in that area.”
It’s being reported that at the time the photograph was taken royal aides made complaints about the photographers presence.
It’s well known that Queen Elizabeth II was very big on privacy, as she has even previously refused a request from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to bring a photographer into royal quarters to capture the moment she met her great-granddaughter, Lilibet, for the first time.
Whilst they asked that time, it is believed by royal sources that Harry and Meghan did not send a memo to the Queen in advance to request permission in this case.

And the docuseries isn’t the only content we are expected to get from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
