She hasn’t even had her baby yet, but Duchess Meghan is already planning things well ahead of time.
With her baby due to arrive in the coming weeks, it is understood the 37-year-old has commenced her maternity leave.
But for those who revel in seeing Meghan step out in countless stunning outfits, fear not! It seems that we already have a date for when the Duchess of Sussex makes her first flourishing appearance post-maternity leave, and it’s sooner than you might expect.

In a report by respected royal reporter Katie Nicholl of Vanity Fair, it has been revealed Meghan is planning her grand return for the British autumn.
According to a Palace insider, Meghan will join husband Prince Harry for the annual summit for One Young World in October.
“Harry is keen to support Meghan in developing her own role and the opportunity to partner with a cause so close to her heart is an ideal stepping stone,” they explained.
The forum, which takes place in London, supports 10,000 young leaders from around the world.
Meghan has a close affiliation with the organisation – according to Vanity Fair, she worked with them as a counsellor before she started dating Prince Harry.
“All being well with the baby, the timing is perfect for her to expand her Commonwealth work through this new One Young World partnership with the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust.”

As the newly appointed vice-president of the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust, Meghan will remain heavily involved in its engagements – which could explain her unexpected early return from maternity leave to attend the forum.
Duchess Catherine has also been quick to the mark when it comes to her maternity leave – last year, she took five months leave following the birth of Prince Louis in April, returning to work in October 2018.
In fact, this was the longest maternity leave period the Duchess had taken out of the three of her children – and it was still significantly smaller than he average 9-12 months maternity leave new mums take in the UK.

All eyes are now on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who are gearing up for the very exciting new chapter of parenthood.
The pair are expected to move into a new residence as they welcome their new baby – Windsor’s Frogmore Cottage.
The new house has been kitted out with everything the pair will need over the first few months of parenthood, including a modern nursery with all the bells and whistles.
Nicholl also revealed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that the nursery would be gender-neutral, with a “monochrome palette” including whites and greys.

Meghan’s last public appearance took place earlier in March when she and Prince Harry stepped out at New Zealand House in London to pay tribute to the victims of the Christchurch terrorist attack.
The pair greeted the New Zealand High Commissioner to the UK, Sir Jerry Mateparae, with a Hongi before presenting flowers to pay their respects.
It’s not expected that Meghan will make another public appearance again before the birth of her first child.
