There’s nothing we love more than a royal wedding, and on the weekend we were treated to a gorgeous celebration of love at the wedding of Lady Gabriella Windsor, the daughter of the Queen’s cousin, and her beau Thomas Kingston.

The pair were married in a gorgeous ceremony in St George’s Chapel in Windsor, which is coincidentally the same location where Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry tied the knot just over a year ago.

It’s also where Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank also tied the knot later in October 2018.

Saturday’s nuptials were a star-studded affair, with several high profile members of the royal family in attendance, including Prince Harry, Duchess Catherine’s sister Pippa Middleton and parents Carole and Michael Middleton, Princess Beatrice, Sarah Ferguson, as well as Prince Philip and The Queen herself.

And now just a few days after Lady Gabriella walked down the aisle in that gorgeous custom gown by Italian designer Luisa Beccaria, we’ve received another little treat in the form of new official wedding portraits.

The intimate photos were taken on the grounds of Frogmore House in Windsor at the couple’s wedding reception, which is also where Harry and Meghan had their reception – and where the couple posed for their official engagement photos in December 2017.

The gorgeous images show the happy couple posing on the property’s picturesque grounds, looking incredibly in love.

A second photo shows the pair posing with their flower girls and page boys, cracking two huge smiles.

In a third portrait released by the couple today, taken inside a grand room of Frogmore House, the bride and groom posed with their respective families, as well as The Queen and Prince Philip.

If you take a look carefully at Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan’s official engagement photos, you’ll be able to spot some definite similarities in the background, with Frogmore’s gorgeous grounds and beautiful white building accents clearly visible.

The location is absolutely stunning – so it’s no wonder Ella, as Lady Gabriella is known to her friends, and Thomas chose the location for their official wedding photos.

As royal fans gushed of Lady Gabriella’s gorgeous wedding dress, the Italian designer Luisa Beccaria, the designer revealed the dress wasn’t actually traditional white – the bodice was in fact a blush shade, making this royal wedding gown even more unique.

The blushing bride wore a beautiful Russian Fringe style tiara that was once worn by her mother, Princess Michael of Kent and her grandmother, Princess Marina of Greece on their own wedding days.

Speaking to Vogue.com about Gabriella’s wedding day look, designer Beccaria shed some light on how the collaboration between herself and the royal came about.

“More and more brides love to enter into our sort of wedding world,” Beccaria said.

“They are looking for something different. They appreciate the freshness and lightness of a dress that is not a proper bridal gown.”

Explaining how they incorporated the blush colour into the gown, the designer said: “We had to put so many different layers of blush and cream tulle so that it looked like just a little touch of blush. We also added a bit of blush to the veil.

“She fell in love with a certain lace and I had it special embroidered in her own colour, and then we combined a couple of dresses that she saw here.”

We can all agree that the the eventual result was nothing short of heavenly.
