There’s no doubt she has been through a tough few years, but it looks like Katie Holmes is finally smiling again.
On the day that she could have been celebrating her husband’s 50th birthday, Katie stepped out with her six-year-old daughter Suri to enjoy some late-night ice-cream at Sundaes and Cones in the East Village, New York.
The pair, who are obviously extremely close, were joined by close friends who Katie joked and laughed with — a far cry from her usual miserable mood.
