The Duchess of Cambridge seems to have realised her stomach is getting too big to keep under wraps and decided to show it off instead, happily posing for photographs with her hands resting on her growing tummy.
Kate was in Clapham, south west London, visiting Hope House, an addiction recovery centre for women.
It was her first official engagement of 2013.
