The bride-to-be has dropped three dress sizes in preparation for the big day!
According to royal watchers, Kate has gone from an estimated size 12 at the time of her engagement announcement in November, to a petite size 8. Although these never-seen photos were taken in 2006, Kate’s friends say she’s looking every bit as sizzling hot as she did on this Ibiza holiday with Prince William.
“Kate has a fantastic figure,” says a friend. “It’s part genetics,” adds another, Bean Sopwith. It’s also thanks to a bridal boot camp that’s seen her revamp her diet and embark on regular exercise sessions.
The hard work is paying off – during a recent charity event, housewife Heather Lindsay couldn’t help but comment to Kate about her weight-loss.
“I told her not to lose any more weight,” Heather told a British paper. “And she said it was all part of the wedding plan.” According to insiders, Kate’s been trying a variety of workouts, as well as hitting her home equipment, which – like the late Princess Diana – she had installed to avoid photographs of her being taken in workout gear at a gym.
