No one does fashion quite like the royals, and their latest international display of unity is case in point.
Stepping out in Windsor for the Order of the Garter service on Monday June 17, royals from around Europe gathered to celebrate members of the order.
But there was also another thing to celebrate during the special event – a fashion display like no other.
Indeed stepping out alongside the Queen on the formal day was none other than Kate Middleton, who was there to support Prince William as a senior British royal.
Wearing a gorgeous monochrome coat dress designed by a personal favourite designer Catherine Walker, the Duchess looked all kinds of chic – and the style didn’t stop there.
Alongside Kate stood Queen Maxima of the Netherlands and Queen Letizia of Spain, both of whom were also there to support their husbands.
The special event, which was proceeded by Kate and Queen Letizia entering via horse carriage, took place to recognise the Knights of the Garter.
The Knights are people chosen personally by the Queen for their work in public office after contributing to national life.
Also in attendance was Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall and Sophie, Countess of Wessex, who also looked just as stunning – seriously, we need sunglasses for the gleaming display these ladies put on, we can’t stop looking!
Wearing a stunning blush pink cape tuxedo dress accessorised with a belt and matching hat, Queen Maxima looked incredible as she spoke animatedly to her fellow royals and posed for photos.
Maxima’s husband King Willem-Alexander was installed in St George’s Chapel as a Supernumerary Knight of the Garter – so it was an extra special occasion for the her.
Meanwhile Queen Letizia looked amazing in a striking monochrome outfit – much like Kate’s – for the special event.
Featuring puffed sleeve detailing and a light print, the Cherubina design looked effortlessly chic on the ever-stunning Spaniard, who finished off her look with a matching hat.
We’re loving Letizia and Kate’s colour coordination!
Sophie, Countess of Wessex has always been one with an eye for style, and her Suzannah dress did nothing to dispel the understanding – the white and peachy tones gave us all the summer vibes.
Meanwhile Camilla also looked fabulous in a pale pink Anna Valentine coat dress which she paired with a Philip Treacy hat.
A right royal display if we ever saw one!
