Duchess Catherine (AKA the Queen of Chic) has done it again, folks – and this fashion display is one we won’t be forgetting for a while.

The British royal never lets us down when it comes to the fashion stakes, and she’s proved the feat once again after stepping out for an evening reception during day one of her royal tour of Ireland.

Let’s just say this ensemble is nothing short of heavenly.

The Duchess was joined by husband Prince William as they rounded out a busy day of engagements in the Irish capital, Dublin.

For their first evening, they attended a reception hosted by the British Ambassador to Ireland at the Gravity Bar, Guinness Storehouse – and the pair were dressed to absolute perfection.

Wearing a jaw-dropping green Vampire’s Wife dress, Kate dazzled onlookers as she entered the event alongside William.

She accessorised the glorious outfit with a pair of sparkly drop earrings, and wore her hair in loose waves.

It also appears that the Duchess has had a subtle haircut – her locks are looking a little shorter these days!

Kate’s Vampire’s Wife dress costs a cool AUD$3,000.

The pair didn’t hold back on the conversation front during the colourful evening soiree.

Meeting various people from a range of areas including the creative arts, sport, business and charities, the Duke and Duchess were spotted sharing some candid anecdotes with the VIP guests.

Kate certainly made a fast turnaround for her stunning night time look.

Earlier in the day, she arrived at Dublin airport wearing another gorgeous green outfit, consisting of a Alessandra Rich print dress, along with her favourite Catherine Walker coat.

The pair were thrown straight into the thick of things, visiting several political dignitaries throughout the day, as well as visiting the Garden of Remembrance to pay their respects to those who gave their lives for Irish independence.

The next few days will no doubt be just as busy for the pair, who will soon travel to other parts of Ireland to explore the various things the North Atlantic country has to offer.

It’s certaily been a busy time for the British royal family.

Late last week, Prince Harry touched back down in London ahead of his wife Meghan, as they began wrapping up their final engagements as senior royals.

While Kate and Wills will have their hands full in Ireland this week, Harry and Meghan will be attending several events back in London, including the Endeavour Fund Awards and the Mountbatten Music Festival.

Much like Kate, we’re hoping to see more glorious fashion displays from Meghan at the evening events.

Next week, the royals will reunite at the annual Commonwealth Day services at Westminster Abbey.

The event will be a special one, as it marks the last time Harry and Meghan will attend the annual event in their roles as senior royals – it also means it’ll likely be the last time the royal Fab Four will be out in force together.

We suppose this just means there’s even more reason to get excited for the royal displays to come. March is already shaping up to be a good month!
