All eyes might be seeking Duchess Meghan and her new Royal Baby at present, but Duchess Catherine is giving us plenty to work with after stepping out in a stunning green outfit in a dazzling solo appearance.
In her first outing since being bestowed the honourable title of Dame Grand Cross of the Royal Order by Queen Elizabeth, the Duchess looked radiant as she greeted guests at an event very close to her heart.

Ever-passionate about children, The Duchess attended the Pears Family School it its brand new building where she met with children who were participating in a music class.
The outing was an exciting one for Kate as it was the first we’ve seen of her since the Easter holidays, where she was seen attending a church service with other members of the royal family in Windsor.
And it was worth the wait – the royal looked stunning in a moss green midi dress designed by Kiwi-born designer Emilia Wickstead.
The royal paired the dress with nude pumps and a Mulberry clutch for the occasion.
I think we can all safely agree on the fact that she looked heavenly!

During the event, Kate opened up about her children, namely her young daughter Charlotte, who turns four today, May 2.
Speaking to a young girl at the event, Kate revealed one of the young royal’s favourite things to play with – slime!
“Charlotte, my daughter, she dropped hers on the floor and it was pink and ended up brown and covered in so much mud. It ends up all gooey, doesn’t it?” Kate said.
Sounds messy! Hopefully Charlotte gets to play with some of the gooey matter for her big birthday regardless.

The new building opened during the engagement has been named after Anna Freud, who was the pioneer of child psychoanalysis.
Kate’s passion for working with kids has been clear from the get go, with the royal often attending events involving children on behalf of the influential family.
Speaking previously about her style of parenting, Kate said: “Hugs are very important. That’s what I tell my children.”
The Duchess has also revealed that she keeps an adorable picture of her three children with her at all times.

During the event, Kate spoke about kids’ mental health, explaining that the new centre was “hugely inspiring” in aiding early childhood development.
The new centre will see experts in neuroscience, mental health, social care and education who will work together with children to provide positive outcomes.
