While Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan wrap up their royal tour in South Africa, Prince William and Duchess Catherine’s latest engagement is a little closer to home.
With less than two weeks until the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s royal tour of Pakistan, the royal couple attended a special event hosted by His Highness The Aga Khan at London’s Aga Khan Centre. But we couldn’t keep our eyes off the Duchess’ latest ensemble.
Dressed in a flowing teal cocktail dress by ARoss Girl, the Duchess of Cambridge looked as immaculate as ever but honoured Pakistan’s flag with her green sash and high heels.
Duchess Catherine’s earrings by Pakistani designer Zeen, also featured touches of emerald green to complement her dress. And at £6.53 (nearly AU$12), the royal style icon is keeping it thrifty!
As she and her husband Prince William stepped out, the wind even caught the royal mum-of-three’s hair, making for a funny photo op!
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s four-day visit to Pakistan from October 14 to 18 will be the first royal trip there in more than 10 years. Prince William’s father and stepmother Prince Charles and Duchess were the last British royals to visit back in 2006.
But according to royal reporter Rebecca English, the one thing they’re looking forward to sampling when they visit the Asian country is the food.
She added that Duchess Kate said she cooked curry at home, creating one version for their three children and another for the adults but added: “Charlotte is pretty good with heat.”

Duchess Catherine has previously talked about her love of spicy cuisine saying that her takeaway of choice is Indian and that someone from Kensington Palace usually goes to pick it up.
Prince William on the other hand admitted he struggles with hot food sometimes, revealing on BBC Radio One: “I’m not so good with the spice.”
