The Duchess of Cambridge, neé Kate Middleton, has attended what could be her final engagement before the birth of her second child in mid-April. The pregnant Duchess accompanied her husband, Prince William, to the Stephen Lawrence Centre in Deptford for a tour of the facilities, and was shown first-hand how the centre is working to help disadvantaged children.
Hiding her bump underneath this chic fuchsia Mulberry coat (which ‘The Queen of Recycling’, of course, has worn before), Duchess Kate looked radiant with soft, loose curls, paired with diamond earrings and her favourite black pumps.
Does Kate’s pink coat suggest a Princess is on the way, perhaps? The Duchess did wear numerous pink coats in her first pregnancy, before giving birth to a baby boy, but this hint may have some weight, after she was quoted saying it would be ‘sweet if she had a girl’. The Duchess has reportedly been craving sweet things, like chocolate and cake in her final months, and is, apparently, convinced she is having a girl.
Only time will tell!
Kate was all smiles on her day out.
The Duchess recycled this fuchsia Mulberry coat from its first outing in New York.
Prince William and Kate were given a tour of the center, where they heard about its programs and developments.
Showing off her baby bump, it is pretty clear that Kate is about ready to pop!
But nevertheless, Kate didn’t show any signs of stress of tiredness.
Using her signature ‘purse under the belly’ pose, Kate gave us a good look at her (nearly) nine month bump.
Prince William placed a protective arm around his wife as she climbed some stairs.
Despite the sleepless nights ahead, the couple seemed happy and relaxed.
