Princess Estelle of Sweden is growing up far too quickly for our liking!
The young royal celebrated her eighth birthday over the weekend, and to celebrate, her family shared a gorgeous new photo proving just how much she’s grown up – and looking like the spitting image of her mother.

(Getty)Indeed Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden and husband Prince Daniel, Duke of Västergötland are clearly proud as punch when it comes to their adorable children.
The Swedish royal household took to their official Instagram account to share with fans two new images, one striking picture of Estelle, and a second with her adorable younger brother Prince Oscar, aged three.
“Today, Princess Estelle turns 8!” The post was captioned alongside the photographer behind the gorgeous images, Linda Broström.
Fans were quick to flood the post with their own well wishes for the young Princess.
One wrote: “Happy birthday Princess Estelle ! Have a great day with all your family and your friends!”
Another commented on her striking similarities to mum Victoria, writing: “Mother’s look👍”.
There were hundreds more comments wishing the Princess the best day as she celebrates a fresh lap around the sun.
We’re sure she was feeling the love!

The charity will serve to support cultural activities in their home country, and will no doubt reflect some of the young royal’s own talent in the cultural space.
Watch out, looks like there’s plenty of exciting things ahead for this Princess!
