Before Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry, before Duchess Catherine and Prince William even, the world’s awaiting eyeballs were privy to another spectacular royal wedding – that of Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden.
Married in their home country at Stockholm Cathedral on 19 June 2010, the royal pair were a true sight for sore eyes as they tied the knot in classic, glorious regal fashion.
Wearing a beautiful Par Engsheden bridal design, complete with a striking golden crown and veil, Victoria took the world’s breath away with her stunning look.
Could this dress, this crown and this day be anymore perfect?

But proving she’s a fashion icon that deserves some major props, she’s managed to one-up it all with three more gowns revealed in a new photo shoot just in time for her tenth wedding anniversary – and the way she’s worn each is, to put it simply, utter perfection.
The Swedish royal Palace has revealed several stunning new images of the Crown Princess and her husband in time for their tenth wedding anniversary.
(Elisabeth Toll/Kungl. Hovstaterna)Sharing the beautiful new shots to Instagram, the Palace explained that the pair had partaken in the new official photo shoot ahead of their wedding anniversary, which takes place this coming Friday.
Taken in King Gustav III’s pavilion, the royals are seen looking loved up as they were ten years ago – with some very striking outfits to boot.
In one photo (seen above) Victoria wears a beautiful midnight-blue dress featuring a layered tulle skirt.
She accessorised with the Baden fringe tiara – as you do.
In a second shot, Victoria wears a dreamy Elie Saab gown – the very same one she wore during a concert the night before she got married in 2010.
She still looks just as phenomenal in it!
We’ll just be gazing at this stunning picture for the foreseeable future…

They now share two children, Princess Estelle, aged eight, and Prince Oscar, aged four.
Estelle is fast turning into her mum’s mini-me – and it’s clear Victoria couldn’t be prouder.
Earlier this year, the royals shared several new snaps of the young Princess for her eighth birthday.
Seen in one close-up shot with a simple floral outfit and braided hairstyle, Estelle’s features are uncannily similar to her mum’s.
As for a second pic of her and little brother Oscar, you’d be hard pressed not to say “awww” when you see their ear-to-ear grins.
We can’t wait for more to come from this very regal, very sweet family.
