She’s never been much of a party girl, but the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge is expected to have an even quieter birthday than usual this year.
Kate turns 31 today, and will reportedly mark the occasion with a simple dinner at home with her husband William.
It has been a draining few weeks for Kate, who is suffering hyperemesis gravidarum, a rare complication of pregnancy that causes severe and prolonged nausea and vomiting.
