If you’re wistfully dreaming of warm summer days to come, these new photos just released by the Danish Royal Family will have you yearning even more for some sunshine.
Giving fans a gorgeous and rare glimpse into the private life of Mary, Crown Princess of Denmark, Frederik, Crown Prince of Denmark, and their four children, the family has shared a series of candid snaps from their summer break.
Their idyllic vacation was spent around Denmark, including Gråsten, Denmark, residing at Gråsten Palace, the official summer residence of the Danish Royal Family.
The photos, released on the Danish Royal Family’s official social media pages, shows Frederik, 52, Mary, 48 and their children, Prince Christian, 14, Princess Isabella, 13, Princess Josephine, 9, and Prince Vincent, 9 enjoying the last of their holidays.
The stunning shots are sure to have you longing for the sun-kissed summer days to come.
“Another summer went by,” the official post reads.
“All six of us enjoyed it around Denmark, and here on this year’s last summer day we send a late summer greeting.”
Frederik and Mary look as loved up as ever as they posed with their children, and separately, on the house’s patio and gardens.
Prince Christian and Prince Vincent posed together in the lush green garden, while Princess Isabella and Princess Josephine were captured candidly while sharing a laugh.
The final family photo (shown above), a picture of what we can only hope our summer will resemble, shows the six of them exploring the perfectly manicured grounds on a relaxed stroll.
The royal family recent shared another series of candid photographs from their summer home in Gråsten.
“A couple of wonderful memories from the summer in the beautiful Gråsten,” the official Instagram page read.
“With the desire for a continued good summer – preferably with a little more sunshine.”
It appears they got their wish, now we can only hope our summer looks half as whimsical as this.
