The Duchess, along with her husband, attended an ICAP Charity event yesterday where she debuted a VERY dramatic new haircut.
Kate, who is known worldwide for her long, glossy tresses, showed off a very short new cut, with her locks cut to shoulder length.
The Duchess was all smiles as she showed off her new chop, dressed in a deep teal ensemble with matching accessories.
The Duchess was in town with Prince William to man the phones for a good cause, urging people to donate to certain charities.
